Terms & Conditions

GETTING HERE AND STAYING ON SITE.

Guests and visitors should be considerate that Hall Farm is a working farm and agree to take good care of tents, contents and facilities during their stay.

We are an eco site, embracing dark skies and being close to nature. There is no electricity or WiFi.  

Please do not leave taps running.

We work in harmony with the farm and guests agree to keep it clean and tidy. We kindly ask that you take all your rubbish and recycling home, and that pitches are left completely clear, as you found them. Failure to do this will result in a deduction from the damages deposit and you will not be able to book our site for future holidays.

Only acoustic music is allowed, and only until 11pm. Please be respectful of other guests.

Only wood provided with your fire pit, or purchased from Freespirit Glamping may be burned. Please do not take wood from the trees around the farm.  

Camp fires must not be left unattended and must be managed by a responsible person.

Fires should not be lit in high winds, where sparks can spread and catch alight. The fire pits and BBQs should always remain 8 feet from the tent.

Guests and visitors must stick to the designated glamping area and facilities. The Farm and surrounding fields are private property and must not be accessed.

Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area and must not be brought onto the field. If you have any difficulties, or requirements including restricted mobility or access issues, please discuss this with Freespirit Glamping at the time of booking, or at the earliest opportunity thereafter.

Please be aware that the track to the campsite belongs to a working farm and is not suitable for low vehicles. The track is uneven and may have dips or potholes. Freespirit Glamping do not accept liability to damage done to vehicles, or difficulties getting up the track. Please ensure that your vehicle is suitable for country terrain.

Smoking is not permitted in or around the Bell Tents or facilities.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

The tents and bathrooms can be booked well in advance. Freespirit Glamping will do our best to accommodate requests such as family groups being camped in adjacent tents, although this cannot be guaranteed.

A deposit of 20% will be taken at the time of booking.

All bookings prices will include a £100 damage deposit, returnable once the tents have been cleaned and checked at the end of your stay, and provided that all rubbish has been removed from site.

Full payment is required four weeks prior to arrival date.

Once a booking has been confirmed by telephone, on the website or by e-mail, the Visitor making the booking will be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and agrees to be bound by all of the information on the website.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Full payment must be made four weeks prior to arrival date. Any cancellations made 14 days before your booking will receive a refund less your deposit. Cancellations made less that 14 days before arrival cannot be refunded.

Freespirit Glamping reserves the right to change or alter, or cancel your bookings if necessary. If we need to do this we will notify you.
