Important Information

STAYING ON SITE.

Guests and visitors should be considerate you are on a working farm and agree to take good care of tents, contents and facilities during their stay. 

Guests and visitors must stick to the designated glamping field and car parking area.  You may only use the track between the road entrance to the glamping field, the Farm and surrounding fields are private property and must not be accessed.

Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area and must not be brought onto the camping field. If you have any difficulties, or requirements including restricted mobility or access issues, please discuss this with Freespirit Glamping at the time of booking, or at the earliest opportunity thereafter.

Please be aware that the access to the campsite is shared and therefore must not be blocked up with vehicles, no parking in permitted on the access track, in the gateways or the road adjacent to the campsite.  Freespirit Glamping Ltd and it's proprietors do not accept liability for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents, howsoever caused, owners remain solely liable for their vehicles and contents at all times.

We are an eco site, embracing dark skies and being close to nature. There is no electricity or WiFi.  

Please do not leave taps running.

We work in harmony with the farm and guests agree to keep it clean and tidy. We kindly ask that you take all your rubbish and recycling home, although we do provide rubbish and recycling bins where needed.  Upon departure we ask that pitches, toilets, washing up areas and communal spaces are left completely clear, as you found them, with no rubbish, dirty dishes or other mess.  Please leave all tents securely zipped up when you leave.  Failure to follow these guidelines will result in additional charges being applied.

Only acoustic music is allowed, and only until 11pm. Please be respectful of other guests.

Only wood provided with your fire pit, or purchased from Freespirit Glamping may be burned. Please do not take wood from the trees around the farm.



Camp fires must not be left unattended and must be managed by a responsible person.

Fires should not be lit in high winds, where sparks can spread and catch alight. The fire pits and BBQs should not be moved from the postion they are in.

Smoking is not permitted in or around the bell tents, shower blocks or other facilities.

PETS

Well behaved dogs are welcome on site.  There is a small charge of £25 per dog, per stay.  We limit the number of dogs to 2 per tent unless by prior agreement.  Please see our dog policy for full details.  Dogs MUST be kept on a lead as all times whilst on site and owners are responsible for their litter.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

The tents and bathrooms can be booked well in advance.  Freespirit Glamping will do our best to accommodate requests such as family groups being camped in adjacent tents, although this cannot be guaranteed.

A deposit of 50% will be taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

We reserve the right to charge your card if your tents are not left in a clean and tidy condition and all your rubbish removed.

Full payment is required forty two days prior to arrival date.

Once a booking has been confirmed by telephone, on the website or by e-mail, the Hirer making the booking will be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and agrees to be bound by all of the information on the website.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Full payment must be made six weeks prior to arrival date. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.  If there booking is cancelled 28 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the booking will be made.  We will do our best to work with you to rebook another date rather than cancel outright.

Freespirit Glamping reserves the right to change or alter or cancel your bookings if necessary. If we need to do this we will notify you.
